Warren Evans, CSP, is President of The Service Excellence Group Inc., a management consulting firm founded in 1977. His corporate roots are in sales and marketing, and include line management accountability. The firm made its name in the 80s and early 90s doing strategy work, and change-implementation projects based on their Service Management models. Out of the long-term, in-depth consulting projects came the Management Strategies presentations.
