Multiply Your Income by Leveraging
Your Speech Content into a Training Product
That You Don’t Have to Deliver

How to order the recording:
Audiences enthusiastically applaud when you’re done with your presentation. They line up to tell you how impactful it was. You sell a few books, and go home or on to the next engagement. You love sharing your ideas, but are growing weary of the constant travel. If only you could clone yourself.
But wait—can you? What if you had a way to leverage the excitement your clients feel from your presentation into longer skill-building sessions—that someone else delivers? You make money from your trainer(s) delivering your ideas—while you’re doing something more lucrative—or just relaxing.
Or maybe your clients want an individually paced program via e-learning. How would you go about creating a curriculum with multimedia and learning measures? Your client pays per employee and you don’t have to do a thing once it’s set up—yet the money rolls in.
Does this sound too good to be true? It’s not. Shep has leveraged his content in these ways to create more value for his clients, and a steady steam of income. Today Shep has four contract trainers working with him and an online course that allows him to work smarter, travel less, and overcome competitive and economic obstacles. He shares his strategies and processes to help you get started in this direction.
You will learn:
- a business model that will allow you to make money beyond the platform
- ideas on how to develop the training program
- practical details on how to implement hiring, training, booking, and managing trainers
- practical ideas and tips on how to sell training
- different pricing models
- how online learning programs are changing everything
- do’s, don’ts, and lessons learned along the way
- and much more!
