Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind session, specifically designed for SNN! We’ve convinced Master Facilitator Cher Holton, CSP, to share her secrets. She knows how to hit the mark, every time — and now she is going to show us how to do it, too.
In this session, you will learn:
- the valuable definition of “interaction” that’s a must understand for master facilitators
- three mistakes even seasoned facilitators and trainers make that sabotages their success, both virtually and in-person
- high-impact activities that require low or no technology (this is a game-changer when you have non-tech-savvy participants) and are simple to present
- strategies to transform one activity into dozens of different applications to address very specific needs and topics
- ways to generate engagement and interaction with virtual programs (including activities for small groups and large audiences)
- how to break out of the trap of using the same old tired examples, activities, and stories, and create a never-ending flow of new material that is always client-centered and uniquely you!
- Special Bonus: Learn how to debrief any activity like a pro, using Cher’s WIT model and her “Think on Your Feet” technique: two strategies that have made Cher such a one-of-a-kind facilitator.
Cher is fun — she’s relevant — she’s creative — and trust us, she will stretch your thinking and help you discover depths of creativity you never knew you had! You will leave with new activities for your bag of tricks — but even more, you will leave with the skills to develop your own material, so your bag of tricks never runs dry!
