Maximizing Microsoft Office:
Tips You'll Wish You Knew Years Ago

Guest Expert:

Tricia Santos   (About Tricia)

The Program:

Tricia SantosWould you like to know how to get your work done quicker and with ease? Wouldn't it be great to increase your output without spending forever taking a class or reading the dreaded manual? Tricia is the Microsoft Office Queen, and will share with you tips to maximize documents that speakers, trainers and consultants commonly use. Her ideas work in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. No matter what level you're at, you'll learn ways to save time and produce better-looking documents that reinforce your brand.

You will learn:

  • How to create more polished, professional documents (letters, proposals, flyers, newsletters, articles) in less time.
  • Where people waste the most time and how to not fall into those traps.
  • To use shortcuts that work in all Office programs.
  • How to streamline your Outlook email, organize your messages, and reduce spam.
  • The biggest mistakes speakers make with creating PowerPoint slides and how to avoid them.
